Welcome back

Hey guys, its been a WHILE! I totally forgot about this blog, and let it just...die. But, I think it's time to resurrect this badboy.
I need a place to just write about things, and all that. I think I've been doing a lot of things lately, and I really have SO many photos, and nowhere to put them all.

So, I guess I'm back :)

I'll have real posts soon.

Happy New Years!

I've been away for a while. I needed to get some stuff figured out. To be honest, I never planned on this being a travel blog, but that seems to be what it has morphed into, and I'm not happy with that. I'm going to be changing it all, and giving it a complete overhaul-but travel will remain part of the content.

I have started a subscription box that supplies everything for a good night of reading, and I am really excited about it. First boxes go out in a few weeks, and I've put in a lot of work to make sure it will be smooth.
You can subscribe here https://noveltea.cratejoy.com/

I have decided to stop going to school until further notice-but I did get my degree, so its only a post-grad that is being  postponed. I started a new job as a personal assistant, and its interesting. I need more hours for it to be a good job though-hopefully in the coming weeks, I'll see that happen.

This is the year when I finally get my shit together, I think. The year of me, I suppose. I want to do all the things that I really enjoy-being fit, love, laughter, travel, and business. Or something.

What have you guys got planned for the coming year?

RoadTrip Complete!

So, I am back from my epic American road trip! I've been back for a while, honestly, but I have been hella busy with school and work and all those adult things that everyone hates. I am going to be doing individual posts for most of the stops, but as a short, bullet point overview:

  • Dallas has a really great gym
  • San Antonio Lone Star Boots are HUGE
  • San Antonio  Natural Bridge caverns are amazing, and somewhat terrifying
  • Galveston is pretty
  • NASA is AMAZING.
  • Alabama HATES me
  • New Orleans is exactly as everyone says
  • DragonCon was so amazing, but poorly planned on  my part, but still awesome.

I'll try and get some posts up soon, but, to tide you over, here is part 1 of a video I took in Fossil Rim Nature Centre. Its sorta like Canada's African Lion Safari. Part 2 is on my YouTube channel, so feel free to check it out.

Also, there may be more Throwback posts, but I don't have any ready at the moment. I guess we shall see?
